The LAUNCH Legacy
In March 2016, Allison met Clifton Maclin, Jr., a mentor who transformed her life and helped her LAUNCH. When Allison shared her dream of becoming a global leadership speaker, coach & trainer, Clif supported her vision and helped build her confidence. He taught her champion mindset, resilience and tenacity, skills she now teaches others.
Clif passed away in February 2019, and in his honor, Allison launched the LAUNCH Leadership Conference in April 2019. Despite having no resources, plan, and people telling her that she couldn’t do it… the first conference drew over 170 attendees, marking the beginning of LAUNCH’s global expansion. Allison feels Clif’s presence in this success and is dedicated to continuing his legacy.
LAUNCH began in 2017 with Allison’s book, "Life Under Construction: Designing a Life You Love," and has since grown from a single book to six, from one speaking engagement to tens of thousands of leaders in over 100 countries, and from one local conference to a global podcast that has reached over 100 countries. Allison has worked with Fortune 500 companies. major companies like Coca-Cola, Accuray, UnitedHealthcare, and others.
Now, Allison’s mission is to empower leaders to realize their full potential, just as Clif did for her.
